12/28/10 On Monday, December 20th at 1:06 PM Plymouth Police Officer Jason Dobbins while off duty and working security at Kroger’s noticed 21 year old Christopher Freese of Water Street in Kroger’s. Officer Dobbins knew that Freese was prohibited from being on Kroger’s property. Officer Dobbins made contact with Mr. Freese and took him into custody for criminal trespass. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked with a criminal trespass charge with his bond set at $1,500. Mr. Freese was released on Wednesday, December 22nd at 1:15 PM with no judicial review.
On Sunday, December 26th at 5:40 PM Officer Dobbins observed a male subject stumbling as he was walking on Markley Drive. Dobbins made contact and later identified the male as 22 year old Kevin D. Walters of Skylane Drive. Mr. Walters was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication. Walters was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for public intoxication with his bond set at $1,000.
