11/08/10 On Tuesday, November 2nd at 9:18 PM Officer Jason Dobbins with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 26 year old Travis A. Davis of Pennsylvania Avenue. Davis was arrested on an active warrant through Marshall County for criminal mischief charges. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,000 bond.
On Thursday, November 4th at 2:36 AM Sergeant Gary Cleveland responded to the area of Ferndale and LaPorte Streets in reference to a subject stealing out of vehicles. Upon arriving to the location 18 year old Joshua Fairchild of East Jefferson Street was located going through a Jeep Liberty and fled from Sergeant Cleveland. A short time later Fairchild was tazed and arrested for theft, minor consuming, public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,000 bond. Officer Wally Deirfield and Officer Shelly Church assisted in the arrest of this subject.
At 3:26 PM Officer Shanna Gilmer responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter that had fled on foot and was apprehended at the Plymouth Kmart by Wal-Mart’s loss prevention team. Upon arriving the subject was identified as 43 year old Dennis D. Meade of Warsaw and was arrested for theft and resisting law enforcement. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,000 bond and was later released at 11:50 PM after posting his cash bond.
