About 12:30 Friday afternoon Officer Derek Workman served a warrant on 22 year old Alex Quintana while he was at work on Western Avenue. The warrant was for fines and cost for failure to appear. The cash bond was only $39. His bond was posted at 1:30 Friday afternoon and he was released.
Just after 1 p.m. Officer Workman served a warrant on 51 year old Wayne A. Duffin near the intersection of Beerenbrook and Madison Streets Friday. Duffin was arrested for failure to appear and his bond was set at $250. He was released at 7:50 p.m. Friday on the cash bond.
Friday evening at 5 Officer Shanna Gilmer was dispatched to the Kroger’s Store on North Michigan Street for a possible intoxicated man.
42 year old Paul Dyer of North Michigan Street was arrested for public intoxication and booked into the County Jail on a $500 cash bond. He was released at 10:30 a.m. Saturday after posting bond.
