09/28/10 On Friday, September 24th at 3:17 PM Officer Trent Shively with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 28 year old Adam Risner of Adam Street for Domestic Battery. Risner was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $2,000 bond. He was released on Saturday, September 25th at 4:10 PM after posting his cash bond.
On Saturday, September 25th at 3:21 AM Officer Wally Deerfield conducted a traffic stop at Dennis Drive that resulted in the arrest of 18 year old Raul Del Real of North Michigan Street. Del Real was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol and public intoxication. 18 year old Rafael Quitana of West Jackson Street was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol and public intoxication, and 20 year old Christopher Morrison of 5th Road for resisting law enforcement. All subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail. Del Real and Quintana were booked in on $500 bonds and Morrison was booked in on a $2,000 bond. Later that afternoon all three subjects were released after posting their cash bonds.
Later Saturday afternoon at 11:49 PM Officer Ryan Richey responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a shop lifter. Officer Richey arrested 63 year old Alberta H. Zimmer of Jefferson Street for Theft. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,000 bond.
