10/05/10 A Plymouth women was arrested for failure to appear on possession of cocaine charges and failure to appear to the Marshall County Probation Department.
On Friday, October 1st at 10:08 AM Plymouth Police Officer Mark Owen along with the Marshall County Probation Department located 30 year old Jamie Joseph at the Northgate Trailer Park. Joseph was taken into custody on felony warrants for failure to appear on possession of cocaine charges and failure to appear to the Marshall County Probation Department. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in without bond.
At 5:18 PM Friday Officer Bridget Hite responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter. Arriving on the scene Officer Hite arrested 47 year old Scott L. Davis of Pearl Street for shoplifting. Davis was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,000 bond. He was released on Saturday, October 2nd at 7:55 PM after posting his bond.
Later Friday night at 8:23 PM Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested 58 year old Richard F. Denney of Liberty Street for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Denney was transported to the County Jail and booked on a $1,000 bond. He was released on Saturday, October 2nd at 10:45 PM after posting his bond.
On Saturday, October 2nd at 12:19 AM Officer Joe Deisch conducted a traffic stop on Ritter Street just west of Oak Drive. The driver, 62 year old Terry L. Daugherty of Windmill Drive was arrested after Officer Deisch conducted routine duties of the traffic stop and discovered that Daugherty was intoxicated. He was taken into custody and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was booked in to the jail on a $1,000 bond and later released that night at 10:45 PM after posting bond.
At 9:32 PM Officer Gilmer arrested 64 year old Donald R. Hobbs of Queen Road for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Hobbs was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,000 bond. He was released on Sunday, October 3rd at 8:10 PM after posting his bond.
