Plymouth Police responded to the 1400 block of West Madison Street Friday morning just before 1:00 a.m. for a peeping Tom.  A resident in the apartment called when they saw a man peeking into a window in the home.  As city officers arrived on the scene the suspect fled on foot.  A short chase ensued and 22 year old Jonathan V. Novak of Valparaiso was arrested for resisting arrest and voyeurism.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail for booked in on a $1,000 cash bond.

On Saturday, September 18th Sergeant Gary Cleveland with the Plymouth Police Department responded to 301 East Garro Street in reference to an unwanted guest. Upon arriving Officer Cleveland located 38 year old Ronald Obenchain of LaPorte Street was identified as the unwanted guest and was found to be intoxicated. Obenchain was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on a $500 bond. He was released on Monday, September 20th at 1:39 AM with No Judicial Review.

On Sunday, September 19th at 4:06 a.m. Corporal Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department responded to 2401 North Michigan Street after receiving a noise complaint about this residence. Arriving at the location Officer Deisch made contact with 53 year old Bertha L. Garcia of North Michigan Street who was found to have an active warrant through Marshall County. She was transported to the County Jail and booked in with no bond.
