The Marshall County Commissioners will hold their first meeting of the month on Monday at 8:30 a.m. in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.
The agenda for the Commissioner’s meeting includes the monthly report of EMA Director Clyde Avery and consideration of ordinance 2010-04 which is an amendment to the Wind Energy Conversion Systems. County Plan Director Ralph Booker will present the changes and additions to the current ordinance.
Michael Marshall the County’s I.T. Director will present his quarterly report and the County Attorney Jim Clevenger will update the Commissioners on various legal issues.
Also on Monday’s agenda is Neal Haeck the County Highway Superintendent and an update on the Pioneer Drive improvement and extension project by DLZ.
The Commissioner’s meeting is open to the public for comments and questions and begins at 8:30 a.m. on Monday.
