09/22/10 A traffic stop results in the arrest of 3 Plymouth residents.

On Monday, September 20th at 8:19 p.m.  Officer John Weir with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at Oak Road and Markley Drive on a Jeep Cherokee.  The reason for the stop was the driver suspected of not having a license.  During the traffic stop Officer Weir walked the city’s K-9, Rex around the vehicle.  Rex indicated the presence of narcotics and a search of the vehicle was done.  Officers located suspected marijuana along with several items of paraphernalia.  18 year old Paul Graham of 4th Street was arrested for possession of marijuana. 39 year old Marie Graham of Plymouth was arrested and held for Saint Joseph County on 5 outstanding warrants.

 All three occupants of the vehicle were apprehended was transported to the Marshall County Jail.   Paul Graham was booked in on a $2,000 bond, while Marie Graham was held for St. Joseph County and information on a juvenile in the vehicle was no released.
