12/10/10 On Wednesday, December 8th Marshall County Detective Duane Culp arrested 22 year old Rodney Wayne McNeal of 2662 US 31 in Plymouth. McNeal was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender after moving to Marshall County from Elkhart. Convicted sex offenders are given 72 hours to transfer their registry and after failing to do so McNeal was located living with his girl-friend. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on a $1,000 bond.
