12/14/10 The Plymouth Board of Aviation Commissioners will meet for their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday evening at 6:30 in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

Agenda for the meeting includes Mark Shillington presenting a proposal for the Storm-water Pollution Prevention Plan for Rule 13 compliance, the proposed cover letter for the 2011 Capital Improvement Plan(CIP)  submission, and cost estimates for projects included in the CIP submittal for 2011.

The board is expected to pass a resolution to establish the 2011 fees for hanger rent, tie downs, and related services.  They will also review available hanger openings.   

The agenda also includes permission to solicit bids for mechanical contractors and a motion to seek additional appropriation for EGA Municipal Airport Priorities. 

The Plymouth Aviation Board meeting is open to the public for comments and questions.
