The Plymouth Public Library Summer Reading Program, MAKE A SPLASH @ YOUR LIBRARY was very successful due to the generosity of our local businesses, organizations, and friends. A hearty thank you goes to the Friends of the Library for funding the entertainment, reading prizes, and special programs that were enjoyed throughout the reading program. We are very grateful to Mr. Mike Hite and the Plymouth Park & Recreation Department for donating the use of the Hoosier Old Wheels picnic shelter for the Bubble Day Program. McDonald’s Restaurant generously donated the drinks and cups for Bubble Day. Many, many thanks to the Boy Scout Troop #257 for volunteering their help at the Bubble Day Program and other activities. Little Caesar’s Pizza, Long John Silver’s Restaurant, Taco Bell, Family Express and Applebee’s Restaurant were very generous with their donations of food coupons as rewards for the summer readers. A special thank you to the Friends of the Library and all of the people who volunteered their help with the various activities. We greatly appreciated all of the donations and extra help.
