This Friday evening is another one of the Chamber of Commerce’s Second Friday events. This Friday Country Auto Center is sponsoring the event that is located on Garro Street between the Museum and Centier Bank in the middle of downtown.
There will be a variety of entertainment performing including the musical group the “Goldmine Pickers,” demonstrations by Senter Stage Dancers, Daphne’s Dolls, and Jana’s Gymnastics.
This monthly event is growing in popularity. The regular fun for kids includes Mr. Art of Fun Fest, and the bounce house. For the adults Country Auto will have a few vehicles to view.
This week Mayor Mark Senter asked the Park Board to bring down 8 picnic tables for visitors to sit at.
Second Fridays are similar each month but you will find variations. Everyone is welcome to attend and the event is free for all.
