09/30/10 An Argos man was arrested for parole violation after traffic stop.
On Tuesday, September 28th at 7:25 AM Plymouth Police Officer Chris Miller conducted a traffic stop on 27 year old Mark B. Howard of 12th Road in Argos. The traffic stop was at Center and Garro Streets. While conducting the traffic stop Mr. Howard fled on foot and was later located hiding under bushes on the Garden Court Downtown property. He fled again but was apprehended and arrested on a parole violation and resisting law enforcement. Howard was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $2,000 bond.
Later Tuesday evening at 6:11 PM Officer Bridget Hite arrested 31 year old Eric Patrick of East Garro Street on a warrant out of Marshall County for court costs and fines. Patrick was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $189 bond.
