01/11/11 On Saturday, January 8th at 1:45 AM Plymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop at Michigan Street and Skylane Drive. The driver, 21 year old Jose Hernandez – Angeles of South Bend was stopped after Officer Weir observed the vehicle crossing lanes of traffic and disregarding a stop light.
After further investigation it was found that Mr. Angeles did not have a driver’s license and was intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without a license. His bond was set at $1,000. He was released that evening at 6:15 PM after posting bond.
