02/02/11 Because of the severe weather there are a number of postponements, cancellations and closings. Before you head out you should call ahead to make sure your business is open or your meeting is happening. This is our current listing:
As 7:45pm on 2/1/11……Plymouth Community School Corporation has officially CANCELED school for 2/2/11 (Wednesday). Again NO SCHOOL for Plymouth Community School Corporation on Wednesday (2/2/11).
Culver Community Schools Corp. closed Wednesday
John Glenn School Corp. closed Wednesday
Triton School Corp. closed Wednesday
All Marshall County Offices will be closed on Wednesday
The Boys and Girls Club of Marshall County will be closed Wednesday.
Bread of Life Community Food Pantry will be closed Wednesday, February 2nd.
Plymouth Wesleyan Daycare closed Wednesday
The new noon Toastmaster club meeting Wednesday at the Plymouth Library is cancelled
The Ruth Sickmiller funeral at Johnson Danielson Funeral Home has been postponed until 2 p.m. on Thursday.
Lincoln Jr. High wrestling for Wednesday, February 2nd with LaPorte Boston is canceled.
The annual Rebuilding Together open house for Wednesday February 2nd has been re-scheduled for Thursday, February 10th at 6 PM at the Life Enrichment Center.
Moose Lodge in Plymouth closed all day on Wednesday.
The American Red Cross blood drive scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 2, at St. Isidore Hall in Bremen has been canceled due to winter weather. The blood drive will be rescheduled for a later date.
The Culver Town Board has declared a Snow Emergency. Vehicles are not to be parked on the main snow routes including: Academy Road, College Avenue, Jefferson Street, Lake Shore Drive, Main Street, Mill Street, Ohio Street, School Street, and Slate Street. Vehicles parked on these streets could be ticketed for violation of the Snow Emergency.
