03/11/11 On the afternoon of Tuesday, March 8th the Plymouth Police Department received a call from Menominee Elementary School at 815 Discovery Lane. The call was in reference to a male subject trespassing and was asked to leave the property several times.
Corporal Bridget Hite responded to Menominee School and found a male subject identified as Robert Hindman 67, of Plymouth who was sitting in his vehicle. Hindman was arrested for Criminal Trespass and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Hindman’s bond was set at $750 cash, and he is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court 2 on March 22.
