Officer Wallace with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 36 year old Jody L. Spicer of Culver on Wednesday, July 31st.
Spicer was arrested at the Marshall County Probation Office due to a warrant for Motion to Revoke Parole. He was incarcerated at Marshall County Jail for Probation Violation and held with NO BOND.
