04/07/11 On Tuesday, April 5th at approximately 7:00 p.m. Officer Gary Cleveland with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 300 block of Garro Street for a Domestic Violence call. During his investigation it was found that Robert W. Warner 30, of Plymouth committed battery on a female. Warner was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail with a $750.00 cash bond. There is a scheduled court appearance at Marshall County Superior Court 2 on May 5th.
On Tuesday, April 5th at approximately 8:15 p.m. Corporal Bridget Hite made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Madison and Michigan Streets, on a green Ford that was believed to be speeding. During her investigation it was found that 21 year old Zachary J. Bailey of Tippecanoe had an active warrant out of Marshall County for a Failure to Appear on a Misdemeanor charge. Bailey was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail and held with no bond.
