05/09/11 A week ago on Saturday, April 30th at 1:48 AM Officer Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on 32 year old Michelle L. Rzepezynski of Monterey. After further investigation she was arrested for an active warrant through Marshall County and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.
On Sunday, May 1st at 2:48 AM Officer Deisch arrested 22 year old Justin R. King of 7th Road for an operating while intoxicated charge following a traffic stop. Mr. King was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on $2,000.
On Friday, May 6th at 2:45 AM Officer Jordan Rans with the Plymouth P. D. was traveling on Michigan Street near Madison Street when he observed two subjects in a verbal argument. Officer Rans made contact with the subjects who were identified as 19 year old Nicholas W. Patterson of Oxford, Indiana and 21 year old Cody J. Koester of Dayton, Ohio. After further investigation is was found that both subjects was intoxicated. They were arrested. Mr. Patterson was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol and public intoxication and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $500 bond. Mr. Koester was charged with public intoxication and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and bond set at $500.
