Miller’s Offers Craft Class to Community

May 19, 2011

05/20/11 Kendra Peterson of Argos will be the conduct an Angel Towel craft session at Miller’s Senior Living Community on Monday, May 23 at 10:00 a.m. in the Recreation Center.  This craft is a fun and easy project and open to the community.  Cost of the class is $5.00 if you bring your own supplies and $10.00 if you use Miller’s supplies.

Peterson made the angel towels for a special fundraiser at her church in Argos and agreed to hold the class for others to learn how to make them.  Supplies needed include:  one hand towel, one dish cloth or wash cloth, and one pot holder.  Peterson noted there are cute, spring, summer and patriotic towels available at local dollar stores and Wal-Mart or K-mart.

To register for the class please call the Activity Director of Miller’s Senior Living.  At the time of registration please tell whether you will be bringing your own supplies or if you prefer to have them supplied by Miller’s. Children signing up for the class must be accompanied by an adult.
