2 Arrested for Counterfeit $50′s

January 18, 2011
By

01/19/11 On Monday, January 17th the Plymouth Police Department received a call from Walgreen’s about a suspicious $50 bill.

Corporal Bridget Hite responded to the store and spoke with the suspect, 47 year old Scott Davis of 707 Pearl Street in Plymouth.  Mr. Davis advised that he had received the bill from a female at his residence, 26 year old Dawn Brauneker.

Sgt. Gary Cleveland and Patrolman Shanna Gilmer went to the home on Pearl Street and were granted permission to search the premises.  Officers located four more counterfeit 50’s along with a white powder substance believed to be meth.

During an interview at the Police Station two small baggies of white powdery substance was located in the pocket of 18 year old Danny Clark, also of the Pearl Street address.

Scott Davis was incarcerated for attempting to pass a counterfeit bill while Danny Clark was booked for possession of meth and Dawn Brauneker was incarcerated for possession of counterfeit money.  Each was given a $1,000 cash bond.

if danny didnt want to “humiliated publically”, then he shouldnt of done what he did, plain as simple. If u keep ur head level and do the RIGHT things in life u wont be humliated DUH!! I dont know Y ne1 would get into drugs, u know what they do to u, its stupid IF ur gonna put ur hand in the fire, be prepared to get burned, plain as simple!!

Everyone makes mistakes, even huge ones. Perhaps you should leave their judgement to God.

    agreed justme

Anyone that has anything to do with Dawn deserves what they get. She is a real stand-up citizen…where are her kids this time? I hope they keep her behind bars for awhile. She is nothing but a worthless P.O.S. I hope the kid that was with her figures out what is important in life and it sure isn’t hanging out with low-lifes like her.

well whatever i still think its bulls**t for him to be publically humiliated. and im not making excuses for him? idk where the hell you got that. all this EVER was about was the news people. i didnt say he shouldnt be in jail. i didnt blame the police. i even said it was his fault and never stook up for what he did. ive never been in trouble with the law because i know the laws and i follow them so i dont go down this path. hes just my bro and i got his back. thats it.

Anonymous420, I think you might be contradicting yourself, or possibly fooling yourself. Whoever, Danny, or any other human being that commits a crime deserves what they have coming to them. A lot of kids do make mistakes, some worse than others, but most of them know right from wrong. I went to school with people who were straight A students that have went from the top to the bottom, this happening by the poor decisions that were made in life. Meth was a big part of this reason, I have seen it literally chew people up and spit them out only looking for more. No one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes, and it’s all a part of life. It’s people like you that stick up for people like Danny, and by doing this it makes him feel like he’s done nothing wrong and can do no wrong. A true friend or a brother would not take his side, a true friend or brother would be there for support, to get him through the situation with positive reinforcement, and get him back on the right track in life. Thanks Trigger, I agree with your replies as well.

i believe that if danny {who was breaking the law with dawn WAAAAY before this bust} deserves ANY public humiliation he is gonna get…as for ruining his record, he KNEW exactly what he was doing when he had that stuff on his person to begin with… i have NO SYMPATHY for him…you need to grow up and realize that if a person, weather they are your friend or not, commits a crime and gets caught is going to pay one way or another…through the justice system and or through public media…
    i agree with everything Mr. T wrote…
and 420, your reasoning makes no sense at all…you are trying to make up excuses for danny… he knew what the cosequences were going to be EVEN before he turned 18 and told me he didn’t want to mess his life up after he turned 18 but went out and did it anyway thinking he was 10 feet tall and bullet proof and wasn’t, gonna get caught…like i said before KARMA

you make good points but i still dont know. like i said the reallly bad crimes like rapists and child molesters (who need to be publicly strung up) deserve it. and maybe the top to. but danny? all kids make stupid mistakes and unless you were a straight A student you know what i mean. so personally i really dont think he needs to be publically humilated especially when his record is gonna ruin his life in the first place. thats all im sayin.

So the people that get in trouble are to blend in, like every other normal person? I think it’s good that the news brings this to the publics attention. People need to know what’s going on and look out for one another with all the crimes / problems that are being committed out in today’s world (large or small). By putting the news out to the public, not only does this keep us alert, it makes the community a safer place for our children, our family’s, and us. I’m sure you don’t really care about what’s going on it today’s world, but its tomorrow’s future and what it could be…. Take it for what it’s worth, it doesn’t matter which type of media it is, they’re just doing their job. It’s not the media that’s ruining people’s lives, it the people that don’t make the best decisions in life that ruin their own.

And no s**t i know he deserved it. the only thing i was EVER talking about was how news and radio exploit everything and ruin peoples lives when they DON’T deserve that. everybody except child molesters and rapists deserve there privacy. leave it up to the cops and the families.

    Nicely said

  12. Trigger on January 23, 2011 at 2:40 pm

i think these individuals DESERVE to be humiliated publically…as for getting “pinched” by the cops they deserved that, too…i know Danny as well{since childhood}…and after what he {and she} has done in the past i think Karma is not done with them just yet…so 420 keep up with your banter…it is what EVERYONE expects from and uneducated pot smoker anyway…

  13. brighteyes420 on January 20, 2011 at 8:11 pm

well i kno danny too he is the brother i never had and he is a smart guy he has just made some stupid decisions and i hope that when he gets out whenever that may be :( he straightens up and finds something better to do with his life im very proud of the accomplishments he has made in his life and very dissappointed about the trouble he has gotten himself into this time …. we all make mistakes some are bigger than others but its not our jobs here on this earth to judge people its our jobs to do the best we can for ourselves and try to help others along the way ….i did the best i could for my brother and i guess my best wasnt good enough but he will figure it out sooner or later its just too bad that he had to do it like this :(

  14. Mr. T on January 20, 2011 at 4:56 pm

You’re absolutely right about that, that’s why I pay taxes for people like you, people that do nothing in life and expect everything for free! I am going to skate through life because of the choices, the right ones, that I have made to be more successful and get me to the right place in life. Everything has consequences; the decisions you make not only affect you but others as well. You make your own image that others see, and that’s what make people be judgmental. I have no sympathy for people like the ones above or yourself.

  15. anonymous420 on January 20, 2011 at 3:41 pm

Which means you dont know s**t about what goes on in real life cuz mr bachelors here is gonna skate through life. Which btw we lack respect cuz dumbasses like you judging people when you dont know em.

  16. Mr. T on January 20, 2011 at 1:58 pm

Your judgment or well educated guess is wrong Mr. Pothead. I’m in my mid 20′s, and you’re right, we don’t know Danny until now. What a way to make yourself famous at the age of 18, he’s off to a great start and making a great track record for himself. Seems how I have completed college, with a four year degree (that would be a bachelor’s), have no record of criminal charges, have a full time job, both of you combined might just be smarter than me. Maybe, you should have been there with him. If so, then the two of you would learn right from wrong, some common sense, and respect for people, which most teenage kids lack in today’s world.

P.S. Your ENGLISH was better, although there is room for improvement! Good job and keep up the great work!

  17. anonymous420 on January 20, 2011 at 12:51 pm

Well, judging on how you replied to this you must be some old fart. And yes, I know Danny, he’s like a brother to me and you and the news people don’t know s**t about him. He’s probably smarter than you but he has no help and lives from place to place. And yes I smoke, but its not a drug, its a plant. I already know your going to say that’s what a pothead would say, but oh well. Oh, by the way, how was my proper ENGLISH?

  18. Mr. T on January 20, 2011 at 9:26 am

Some people are always out for a free ride in life. Great job to the employee at Walgreen’s, and Plymouth Police Department. This will help in keeping any future problems arising with other people or businesses. It doesn’t matter if it’s WTCA or the Pilot News; people need to know what’s going on in the community. I think WTCA does a great job of doing so. I think you’re the retard, you might want to go back to school and learn proper ENGLISH. While you’re there, why don’t you take a respect class too? You must know these people or be like them, “Yall are criminals”. Going by the name with “420″ in it, you must be a pothead or a drug user.

  19. anonymous420 on January 19, 2011 at 12:41 am

I think yall news radio retards need to leave the streets on the streets and with the cops. nobodies business but theres. yall just expose. nothin better than a criminal. slimy.
