02/04/11 Wednesday evening just before 9 Plymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation in the 800 block of West Monroe Street.
Officer Weir had his K-9 partner Rex walk around the vehicle and Rex indicated the presence of narcotics. All three people in the vehicle were taken into custody. Those arrested were 32 year old David Garman of West Madison Street for possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $2,000. Also arrested was 20 year old Mystesia Yeager of Maple Road who was booked in for possession of marijuana with a $750 bond and 28 year old Joana Elder of Dora Lane for Possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia with a $1,000 bond and unlawful possession of syringe.
