12/26/11 On Wednesday, December 21st around 12:20 in the afternoon the Plymouth Police department responded to the Party Pack located south of the bridge in Downtown Plymouth in reference to a male subject that had exposed himself in the parking lot.
Upon arrival Officer DeLee spoke with Kenneth H. Madsen 67, of Plymouth. It was found that he had exposed himself and urinated in the parking lot of the Plymouth Party Pack next to a parked maroon Ford Taurus. Mr. Madsen was also intoxicated. He was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication and was transported to the Marshal County Jail where he was booked in with a $500.00 cash bond. Mr. Madsen bonded out on December 21st at 10:45pm, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 17th at 8:30am.
