12/26/11 Culver Academies Quiz-Bowl Team is still undefeated in conference play and nationally ranked for the first time this season at #53.
On Wednesday, December 7, the Culver Academies Quiz-Bowl team swept five Tippecanoe Valley Conference opponents to improve their Conference Record on the season to 9-0 (34-8 overall). They now boast a commanding 2-game lead in Conference standings with four games remaining and are well on their way to their sixth straight Conference title. The Eagles also competed at the Elite New Trier Invitational on December 17, placing 14th out of 54 teams from six states. All of Culver’s losses came to nationally ranked opponents. The Eagles recently became the only Indiana team to be nationally ranked, coming in at #53.
