01/28/11 The Argos Fire Department was called out to a house fire on Tuesday night. A neighbor who was taking their trash out saw smoke coming from the 509 North Michigan Street home. They were able to get the occupants, Tom Stone and his two children out of the home. Stone’s wife, Michelle, was at work at the time of the fire. The Stone’s were renting the home from Syntha Salyer.
It is believe it was an electrical fire that started in the attic.
