12/08/11 On Monday, December 5th at approximately 3:40 p.m. the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 200 block of West Adams Street in reference to a 9-1-1 call of a domestic fight. When Officer John Weir arrived on the scene he spoke with the victim that had been battered. The suspect, Robert Warner 31, of Plymouth had left before police arrived. He was in found in the alley and was questioned and taken into custody. Warner was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Domestic Battery and was given a $750.00 cash bond. Warner has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 3rd at 8:30am.
Also on Monday, December 5th, Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested Chaney P. Campos 19, of Plymouth for criminal trespass around 7 p.m. Campos had previously been denied entrance to a property in the 800 block of Mansfield Street. Gilmer transported Campos to the County Jail where he was booked in and given a $750.00 cash bond for his release. Campos is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 3rd at 8:30am.
On Tuesday, December 6th at 3:05pm, Corporal Bridget Hite of the Plymouth P. D. responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a trespasser. During the investigation it was found that Billie Jo Griffo, 42, of Knox was arrested on a prior date for shoplifting and was ordered not to return to the property. Griffo was located at the checkout and was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in with a $1,500.00 cash bond, which was paid on December 6th at 6:50pm. Griffo is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 10th at 8:30am.
