04/28/11 On Wednesday, April 27 at 2:26 AM Plymouth Police Officer Wally Derifield responded to the parking lot of Work One on Kingston Avenue after receiving a complaint phone call. Arriving at the scene Officer Derifield arrested 21 year old Michael Hornback of Muncie for public intoxication, 19 year Patrick Woodard of Indianapolis for illegal consumption of alcohol and public intoxication and Khalid N. Jackson of Kingston Avenue for illegal consumption of alcohol and public intoxication. All three subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail. Mr. Hornback was booked on a $1,000 cash bond while Woodard and Jackson’s bonds were set at $500.
