5/23/11 Plymouth Police Department started last week off with a couple arrests….
On Tuesday May 17th at approximately 8:30 p.m. Corporal Bridget Hite responded to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive in reference to a male shoplifter. The suspect, Justin L. Whitt 22, of North Liberty was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was charged with theft and had a $1,000.00 cash bond that was paid on May 18th at 1:00PM. Whitt is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on June 28th at 8:30 AM.
On Wednesday May 18th around 7:15 p.m. Officer Shanna Gilmer responded to the area of Michigan and Jefferson Streets to find Rickey W. Timm 40, of Knox. Timm was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Marshall County Jail. His bond was set at $500.00 cash. Timm is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court 2 on June 21st at 8:30 AM.
