06/06/11 Plymouth Arrest Intoxicated male at local apartment complex….

On Tuesday, June 1st at approximately 9:56pm Corporal Bridget Hite of the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Country Place Apartments located on Madison Street in reference to a possibly intoxicated male subject coming out of his apartment causing a disturbance and yelling at children. It was found that Randall G. Wade 62, of Plymouth was intoxicated.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Public Intoxication with a $500.00 cash bond.  He has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 28th at 8:30AM.

On June 2nd around 3:30pm Corporal Hite responded to CVS on North Michigan Street in reference to a theft. Upon arrival several items were located in a purse that Lorene Miller 30, of Logansport had in her possession. Miller was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft. There is a $1000.00 cash bond set, and a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on June 28th at 8:30am.

Officer Hite then responded later that afternoon around 4:30 to a 9-1-1 call in the 800 block of Broadway Street in reference to a female stating that she had been battered. After speaking with all parties involved Karen S. Samuels 44, of Plymouth was arrested for battery and resisting law enforcement. Samuels was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in and is being held on a $2000.00 cash bond. A scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 will be on June 23rd at 8:30am.

At approximately 9:28pm Officer Jordan Rans of Plymouth P. D. made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan Street just south of Adams Street for speed. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Selvin D. Pagoada 31, of Plymouth did not have a driver’s license. Pagoada was transported into the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating a Vehicle without ever receiving a license. A $250.00 cash bond was paid upon his release on the same date at 10:45pm. A court date is scheduled in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 28th at 8:30AM.
