09/06/11 On Thursday, September 1st at 1:42 a.m. Sergeant Joe Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan Road north of 11th Road. The driver, 25 year old An L. winter of Plymouth was found to be operating while intoxicated. Winter was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in with a $1000.00 cash bond. She has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on September 20th at 8:30am.
On Thursday September 1st at approximately 6:18 pm, Corporal Bridget Hite of the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 700 block of Ferndale in reference to subjects fighting. During the investigation it was stated that the fight had occurred over the theft of money. At that time, Marc A. Stump 28, of Plymouth was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for theft, a class D felony. There is a $1000.00 cash bond for his release. He will appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on September 27th.
Then in the early morning of Friday, September 2nd around 12:18 am Sergeant Deisch responded to the 200 block of Garro Street in reference to a disturbance complaint. Brian R. Braden Jr. 34, of Plymouth was arrested for public intoxication. Hewas transported to the Marshall County Jail where he is being held on a $1000.00 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on September 20th.
