12/06/11  On Thursday, December 1st at 2:47am, Officer Jordan Rans of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Broadway and Harrison Streets.  After further investigation it was found that the driver, Brandon W. Adkins 26, of Plymouth was driving while suspended.  Adkins was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was book in with a $750.00 cash bond, which was paid on the same date at 4:20am.   He has a scheduled court hearing in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 20th

On Thursday, December 1st at 10:26am, the Marshall County 911 center received a call of an impaired driver after they noticed a Ford Mustang all over the roadway.  Plymouth Police Officer Chris Miller made the traffic stop on the mustang at the intersection of Liberty Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.  At that time the driver was identified as Ralph L. Davis Jr. 51, of Plymouth.  He was found to have a warrant out of LaPorte County for Check Fraud.  Mr. Davis was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in and immediately placed on a hold for LaPorte County.  

Later that afternoon on December 1st at 4:43pm, Officer Jesse Pippenger was dispatched to Wal-Mart, located at 2505 North Oak Drive for an unwanted guest.  Upon arrival, Tracy L. Froehlich 35, of Plymouth was arrested for trespassing and was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in with a $750.00 cash bond, which was paid on the same date at 6:50pm.  Froehlich is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 3rd at 8:30am. 

Officer Ryan Richey also made an arrest on Thursday December 1st at approximately 10:19pm when he was dispatched to Centennial Park for a suspicious vehicle that was parked just east of the tennis courts.  When Richey arrived he questioned the driver Jonathan A. Reitz 19, of Plymouth who was in possession of marijuana.  Reitz was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1000.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 27th at 8:30am. 

On Friday, December 2nd at approximately 3:00pm, Officer Shanna Gilmer was dispatched to Wal-Mart located at 2505 North Oak Drive for a theft case.  Upon arrival and after an investigation it was found that Zachary Cobb 20, of Fort Wayne was shoplifting.  Cobb was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft, a Class D Felony with a cash bond of $1,000.00, which was paid on December 2nd at 6:05pm.   Cobb is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior #1 on January 3rd at 8:30am. 

On Friday, December 2nd at 6:53pm, another arrest was made at Wal-Mart when both Shay L. Lloyd 24, and Stephanie M. Whitlock 29, both of Culver were found to be shoplifting.  During the investigation it was also found that both Lloyd and Whitlock were in possession of a controlled substance and legend drug.  Both were taken to the Marshall County Jail where Lloyd was charged with Theft and Unlawful possession of a legend drug, while Whitlock was charged in with theft and Possession of a controlled substance.  Both females were read a Probable Cause on December 4th at 5:30pm, and are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on December 27th at 8:30am.  Both Whitlock and Lloyd are being held on a $1000.00 cash bond. 

On Saturday, December 3rd around 4:05pm, Officer Shannon Gilmer arrested Jessica L. Gearhart 31, of Fulton for theft at Wal-Mart.   Gearhart was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was given a $1000.00 cash bond. A scheduled court appearance for Marshall County Superior Court#1 will be held on January 3rd at 8:30am.   

On Sunday, December 4th at 1:56am, Officer Derifield conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan and Jefferson Streets.  It was found that the driver, Benjamin P. Larson 32, of Plymouth was operating the vehicle while intoxicated.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1000.00 cash bond.  Larson is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 13th at 8:30am.
