12/13/11 On Thursday, December 8th at 3:03 p.m. Corporal Bridget Hite of the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Holloway Drive in reference to a trespasser on the property. Upon arrival Officer Hite questioned 21 year old Allison Rosas of Plymouth as she attempted to walk away from the residence. Mrs. Rosas was taken into custody and was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for trespassing and was given a $750.00 cash bond. Rosas is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 10th at 8:30am.
On Sunday, December 11th around 1:30 a.m. Officer Wally Derifield of the Plymouth Police Department responded to a 9-1-1 call in the 500 block of North Oak Road. Upon his arrival he found that Kayla L. Huford 18, of Plymouth was in possession of marijuana, public intoxication, and consuming alcohol underage. Jacqueline K. Poull 19, of Plymouth was also at the scene and was arrested for Illegal Consumption and Public Intoxication. Both were transported to the Marshall County Jail where Huford was booked in with a $2,000.00 cash bond and Poull was booked in with a $1,000.00 cash bond. Both are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 27th at 8:30am.
