12/14/11  On Monday, December 12th at approximately 7:40 p.m. Corporal Bridget Hite with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive in reference to a trespasser.  Upon her arrival Officer Hite located Marie Graham 40, of Plymouth in the store and advised her that she was trespassing due to an incident that occurred in January 2011.  Graham was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for the trespassing charge and was given a $1,500.00 cash bond.  Graham is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 17th at 8:30am.

On Tuesday, December 13th around 12:40 a.m. Officer Jordan Rans of the Plymouth Police Department observed a vehicle pulling into the Dairy Queen parking lot on West Jefferson Street.  The vehicle matched the description of a vehicle that had left the scene of a domestic dispute earlier in the morning.  Upon making contact with the driver, James M. Miller 39, of Plymouth it was apparent that he was intoxicated.  Further investigation led to the arrest of Mr. Miller for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1,000.00 cash bond.  Mr. Miller is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 27th at 8:30am.
