07/20/11 On Sunday, July 17th at approximately 2:15 p.m. officers from the Plymouth Police Department responded to the intersection of 5th Street and West Madison Street for a complaint of domestic battery. It was found that Robert L. Graham 40, of Plymouth not only was involved in the domestic battery but violated a protective order at the time of the battery. Graham was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1,500.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 9th at 8:30 a.m.
Then on Wednesday, July 19, at 3:12 a.m. Plymouth Police responded to the Plymouth Airport in reference to a suspicious vehicle. An investigation led to the arrest of the driver, Charles E. Bentley 24, of Knox. Bentley was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on a civil contempt warrant through Starke County.
