03/11/11 On Monday, March 7th at approximately 4:35 p.m. the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a male subject that had stolen items and fled in a vehicle westbound on US 30.
Officer Jason Dobbins stopped the vehicle near the intersection of US 30 and Queen Road. The suspect, 24 year old Joshua Palmer of Walkerton was arrested for theft and lodged in the County Jail. Palmer’s bond was set at $1,000 cash. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court 1 on April 12th.
On Tuesday, March 8th at 7:28 a.m. Plymouth Police responded to Wal-Mart for a shoplifting complaint. Officer Trent Shively responded to Wal-Mart and after an investigation arrested Andy Baugher 43, of Walkerton. Baugher was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Baugher’s bond was set at $1000 cash and He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court 1 on April 12th.
