12/30/11 On Thursday, December 29th at 1:54 a.m. Officer Paul Stamper of the Plymouth Police Department arrested 33 year old Jamie M. Back of West Frankfort, Illinois. Back was located in the 400 block of South Liberty Street and was arrested on an active warrant out of Starke County for nonsupport of a dependent child. Back was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he will await transportation to Starke County Jail.
