05/25/11 Argos 3rd graders stuffed book-bags for Marshall County’s newborn babies last week. The Books for Babies Project is sponsored by the Marshall County Reading Council with the goal that new parents read to their babies. The book-bags were made by volunteer sewing clubs in Florida and Marshall County. Books were donated by Washington and Argos Elementary Schools and the Reading Council. The filled book-bags will be taken to both St. Joseph Medical Center in Plymouth and the Community Hospital of Bremen.
