06/15/11 M.C. Police investigated a break-in on Tyler Road.

On Friday, June 10th just after 10 a.m. the Sheriff’s Department received a call from a homeowner on Tyler Road in regards to a break-in.   Sometime between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 9:40 a.m. an unknown person gained entry by breaking in a door at a home in the 11,000 block of Tyler Road.   Once inside the residence only item removed was a 42” Samsung Flat Panel TV. If anyone has information on this break-in they should contact Marshall County Police Department. (936-3187)

In the early hours of Saturday, June 11th just before 4 a.m. Patrolman Bryant made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of King Road and Cardinal Circle. The driver of the vehicle, Pedro Gutirrez Rubio 54, of Bremen was found to be driving without ever receiving a license. Rubio was transported to the Marshall County jail where he was booked in on a $250.00 cash bond.  After paying his bond at 5:20 a.m. he was released.   He has a scheduled court appearance for Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 12th at 8:30am.
