02/24/11 On Friday night February 18th the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Dispatch Center received a 9-1-1 call in reference to a possible theft in progress.
Plymouth Officer Ryan Richy was dispatched to the Eagles Lodge at 404 West LaPorte Street. While in route to the location dispatch notified him that a verbal argument was taking place. Arriving on scene Officer Richy located 36 year old Ryan D. Ivey of Bremen. Following an investigation Ivey was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
He was held on a $500 cash bond.
