08/10/11 Just after 2 p.m. on Monday, August 8th Amanda Good came to the Bremen Police Department and swore-out a complaint against her husband, 25 year old Nathaniel A. Good.
Mrs. Good told Bremen officers that on Sunday, August 7th and on Monday, August 8th she was battered, strangled, and confined against her will by her husband at their home on U.S. 6.
With supporting evidence officers arrested Nathaniel Good and transported him to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Battery by means of Strangulation, Domestic Battery, and Criminal Confinement by fraud/enticement/ force or threat.
A case report has been forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor for formal charges.
