Church Orchestra to Perform in Bourbon

06/06/11  The Marshall County Church Orchestra will present this first concert of their 2011 “Concert in the Parks” series on Sunday, June 12 at 6:00 p.m. at the Bourbon Town Gazebo.  The orchestra is under the direction of Don Harness and is a multi-generational, inter-denominational group.  The orchestra will play a variety of inspirational, classical and popular music.

Special guest entertainers during the concert will be Bourbon’s own The King’s Way men’s trio.  Singing in the trio are Dennis Dreibelbis, Terry Clemons and Ryan Schori all of Bourbon.  The trio will also sing one selection with the orchestra.

The concert is free to all however a free-will offering will be collected.  The King’s Way will also be selling concessions with proceeds going to the Bourbon Volunteer Fire Department.  In case of inclement weather the concert will be staged at the Bourbon Fire House.  The town Gazebo is located at the main intersection in Bourbon.  Guests attending the concert are reminded to bring their lawn chairs.  For more information call Don Harness at 1-574-936-7357.
