04/01/11 On Wednesday March 23rd, unknown individuals attempted to break into the residence in the 8000 block of Tulip Road. The individuals were stopped when a neighbor noticed the disturbance. The unknown individuals left the scene in a blue four door car that headed south on Tulip Road towards 9th Road. Anyone with information regarding this attempted burglary contact Patrolman Hafke at the Marshall County Police Department 574-936-3187.

The investigation concluded on the missing female Kristan Wright of Plymouth on Monday, March 28th. Wright was reported missing on March 14th by her family. Detective Neal Wallace of the Marshall County Police Department located Wright on the west side of South Bend, IN. She has reunited with a family member.

On Monday, March 28th at approximately 9:20pm Officer Jason Dobbins of the Plymouth Police Department responded to Quick Clean Laundry for a complaint of a subject drinking alcohol inside the building. It was found that Norma J. Taylor 51, of Knox was drinking beer inside of the Laundry Mat. Taylor was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was charged with Public Intoxication with a $500.00 cash bond. Taylor is scheduled to appear at Marshall County Superior 2 on April 26th at 8:30am.

On Tuesday, March 29th at approximately 2:30AM, Sgt. Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department pulled a suspicious vehicle over for investigation. It was found that Eriberto C. Arriaga 18, of Plymouth was arrested for Illegal consumption of Alcohol. Arriaga was taken to the Marshall County Jail with a cash bond set at $250.00, which was paid on the same date at 3:36am. Arriaga is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior 2 on April 19th at 8:30am.

On Tuesday, March 29th at approximately 8:00pm, Derek Workman of the Plymouth Police Department witnessed a car crossing the center line while driving westbound on Jefferson Street. Workman made the stop at the intersection of Lincolnway and Pioneer Drive. It was found that Donald P. Frazier 47, of Hamlet was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Frazier was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail where he charged Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person under 18 years of Age with a $2000.00 cash bond. Frazier is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior 2 on April 12th at 8:30am.

On Wednesday, March 30th at approximately 1:00am, Sgt. Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department made a traffic stop at the intersection of Lincoln Highway and Sunnyside Drive . It was found that Benjamin Risner 23, of Bourbon was Driving While Suspended. Risner was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where a $750.00 cash bond was paid at 3:20am on the same date. Risner is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior 2 on April 19th at 8:30am.

On Wednesday, March 30th at approximately 7:15pm, Derek Workman of the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart at 2505 North Oak Road reference of a theft. Britney N. Ortiz 31, of Bourbon was arrested for shoplifting and was taken to the Marshall County Jail where she was charged with a Class D Felony for Theft- Under $100,000 Value. Ortiz’s bond was set at $1000.00 cash, which was paid on the same date at 10:50pm. Ortiz is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior 2 on April 26th at 8:30am.
