04/25/11 Monday evening the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety and the Common Council will meet. The Board of Public Works and Safety meeting begins at 6 p.m. The agenda includes reports from board members and department heads. Building Commission Keith Hammonds will be on hand to discuss the Fire Department’s remodeling project.
City Engineer Rick Gaul will ask board members to select members to the Common Construction Wage Committee for the 2011 Street and Sidewalk Projects while City Attorney Nelson Chipman will discuss the interlocal agreements from 2009 to assist for Firefighter Grants.
Other agenda items include Kurt Garner who will discuss the Lincoln Highway Market and Brent Martin will update the board on the EDA project.
The Plymouth Common Council will meet at 6:30 in the Council Chambers of City Hall. The agenda includes 2nd and 3rd reading of an ordinance delineating the responsibilities of the Community Improvement Commission.
Both city meetings are open to the public. Comments are only permitted on agenda items.
