12/27/11 The City of Plymouth will conduct their final meetings of the year on Wednesday, December 28th beginning at 6:00 p.m.  with the Board of Public Works and Safety.  The agenda includes reports from various department heads and the city engineer.

The city attorney has a number of items to present to the board: the application for permit for Aerial and Buried Telephone Facilities along with the 2012 Street Materials.  He will also present four resolutions to write off delinquent and uncollectable bills for the Water, Wastewater, Garbage and Storm-water, EMS for 2004 and 2006 and 2007.

The Plymouth Common Council agenda will consider a resolution declaring certain real estate to be within an “Economic Revitalization Area” for the purpose of a Tax Abatement for Hoosier Tire & Rubber.

The City meetings are open to the public for comment and questions although they are limited to agenda items only.
