6/02/11 Plymouth Officers arrests three on Tuesday.  

At 5:41 A.M. Officer Wally Deerfield from the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive in reference to a theft case on a female, later identified as Katie Babbs 21, of Grovertown.  Once the investigation was conducted,   Babbs was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  She was booked in with a cash bond set at $1000.00 and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 21st at 8:30AM.

Around 6:29 A.M. Officer Paul Stamper arrested Miguel Medrano 38, of Plymouth when he was found to be intoxicated in the 2000 block of Briarwood Avenue.  Medrano was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Public Intoxication and Resisting Law Enforcement.  A $1000.00 cash bond was paid on Tuesday evening 6:50 P.M.  upon his release.  Medrano is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 21st at 8:30AM.

To finish off Tuesday afternoon at approximately 4 PM, Corporal Bridget Hite arrested Robert Graham 40, of Plymouth at his residence on North 4th Street for Domestic Battery that had occurred earlier in the day.  Graham was transported to Marshall County Jail where a $750.00 cash bond was set.  A scheduled court appearance for Graham is in Marshall County Superior Court #2 is on June 28th at 8:30AM.
