05/02/11 On Monday, April 25th at 3:47 AM Officer Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department responded to 710 West Madison Street on an unwanted person complaint. Upon arriving at the location Officer Deisch arrested 46 year old Alan L. Dean of West Madison Street on trespassing charges. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $750 bond. Mr. Dean was released on Wednesday, April 27th at 4 PM with no judicial review.
On Wednesday, April 27th at 11:41 PM Officer Deisch responded to 310 Skylane Drive in reference to a domestic fight complaint. Upon arriving at the location Officer Deisch made contact and arrested 57 year old Roland L. Weldon of Walkerton on public intoxication charges and criminal mischief. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $750 bond.
On Thursday, April 29th at 11:24 PM Officer John Weir conducted a traffic stop on 26 year old Sheen Mendoza of Broadway Street for improper headlights at Michigan and Jefferson Streets. Officer Weir walked K-9 Rex around the parked vehicle at which time Rex gave a positive indication for drugs. After a search of the four occupants it was found that Mr. Mendoza was in possession of several baggies of what was believed to be marijuana. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on a $1,000 cash bond.
