01/07/11 On Tuesday, January 4th at 10:05 AM Officer Jesse Pippenger with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on 22 year old Brandon E. White of North Michigan Street. White was found to be driving while suspended with a prior charge and he was also in possession of marijuana. Mr. White was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $2,000.
The Plymouth Police Department responded to 522 8th Street on Tuesday, January 4th after receiving a disturbance call. Arriving at the scene Officer Derek Workman arrested 33 year old Joe L. Giron of Lilac Road and 53 year old Toni Banghart of 8th Street. Both subjects were charged with domestic battery and resisting law enforcement. They were transported to the County Jail with bonds set at $2,000 each.
Wednesday, January 5th at 12:33 AM Officer Tim Taberski responded to 1220 Lincolnway East in reference to an intoxicated male outside the building. The male subject later identified was 42 year old Timothy E. Bradley of Rochester was located by a Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy. Mr. Bradley was arrested for public intoxication and was transported to the Jail with his bond being set at $500.
Wednesday evening at 10:52 PM Plymouth Police responded to the Red Rock Inn in reference to 5 males carrying baseball bats. Upon arriving at the scene Officer John Weir made contact with 25 year old Steven Gott of Knox. After further investigation Mr. Gott was found to be in possession of a hand gun. He was arrested and charged with possession of a hand gun by a violent felon and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Gott was booked in on a $1,000 bond.
