01/10/11 Wednesday afternoon at 3:24 Plymouth Police Officer Trent Shively conducted a traffic stop on Oak Drive and Lake Avenue.  The driver, 19 year old Ryan Seals of Walkerton was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Starke County for possession of Marijuana. Following his arrest a search of Mr. Seals revealed that he was in possession of a green leafy substance believed to marijuana. He was arrested and charged for possession of marijuana and held on the warrant for Starke County.   Seals was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in with a bond set at $2,000. He was then held for Starke County.

At 8:34 PM Officer Shively conducted a traffic stop at Harrison and Michigan Street.  The driver, 35 year old Dawn Deleon of Bluebird Trail was arrested on driving while suspended with a prior charge.  She was transported to the County Jail and booked in with a bond set at $750.  Deleon was released that night at 11:40 PM after posting bond.

On Thursday, January 6th at 4:53 PM Officer Shively conducted a traffic stop on US 30 at Oak Drive.  The driver, 51 year old Jeffery Lile of Kingsbury was driving on a suspended license.  He was arrested on driving while suspended charges with a prior offense. He was transported to the Jail and booked on a $750 bond.

Later that night at 10:57 PM Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop on a car driven by a 17 year old juvenile.  The stop was for driving with no head lights.   18 year Leandra Rodriguez of Flora Street was a passenger in the vehicle. Upon approaching the vehicle Officer Weir smelled a strong odor of burnt marijuana. After a search of both the driver and passenger both were found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. The passenger Leandra Rodriquez was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and transported to the Marshall Count Jail.  Rodriquez was booked in on a $2,000 bond.
