4-19-11  On Thursday, April 14th at 11:44 p.m. Officer Paul Stamper with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to two subjects who were found to be in violation of a no trespass order.    Officer Stamper arrested 35 year old Cesar Jose Garcia of Walkerton along with 30 year old Maria Garcia also of Walkerton and charged them with criminal trespass.   Both subjects was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on $750 bonds each.   On Saturday, April 16th at 2:22 a.m. Cesar Garcia was released after posting bond and a few hours later at 5:25 a.m. Maria Garcia was released after posting her bond.

On Sunday, April 17th at 2:25 a.m. Officer Joe Deisch conducted a traffic stop on 23 year old Kyle Langdon of Nutmeg Trail.  The traffic stop was on Plymouth-Goshen Trail, east of Michigan Street.   Mr. Langdon was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  He was booked on a $1,000 cash bond.   Langdon was later released at 3:40 p.m. after posting his bond

Short time later at 2:53 Sunday morning Officer Wally Derifield arrested 27 year old Ryan Sibo of Demotte, Indiana on public intoxication charges. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $1,000 bond.
