May 5th at approximately 6:00PM, Corporal Taberski of the Plymouth Police Department noticed Jorden W. McCoige 26, of Plymouth entering the Kroger Supermarket located at 2001 North Michigan Street. McCoige had a prior trespassing order in place for this location, and was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was charged with trespass enters after being denied entrance with a $750.00 cash bond. McCoige was released on May 7th at 6:00 PM with a no Judicial Review. McCoige is scheduled to appear at Marshall County Superior 2 on May 31st at 8:30AM.

On Friday May 6th at approximately 5:30PM Officer Derek Workman from the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart located at 2505 North Oak Drive.  David Russell Andrews 19, of Plymouth and Rosa Maria Soria 20, of Plymouth were arrested for Theft. Both were taken to the Marshall County Jail. Andrews will remain at the Marshall County Jail until he appears in Court or a $1000.00 cash bond is paid. Soria paid a cash bond of $1000.00 and was released May 6th at 6:30PM. Both Soria and Andrews are scheduled to appear In Marshall County Superior 1 on June 20th.

On Friday May 6th at approximately 7:20 PM Officer Workman responded to the intersection of Klinger and Michigan Streets where there was a report of a possibly intoxicated female getting ready to leave Calvary Lutheran Church with two small children.  The subject, Michelle Lynn Stuckmeyer 37, of Plymouth was arrested for public intoxication. Once in custody Workman located several prescription drugs in Stuckmeyers pockets.   She was also charged at that time for possession of a controlled substance.  Stuckmeyers $1000.00 cash bond was paid on May 8th at 11:20 p.m. She is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior 1 on June 28th.

On Friday May 6th at approximately 10:45PM Officer Workman of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Eighth and Jefferson Streets. It was found that driver Michael T. Smith 39 of Plymouth was operating while intoxicated.  He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1000.00 cash bond.

On Saturday, May 7th at approximately 12:20AM Officer Workman of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Oak Drive. It was found that Elizabeth C. Boyd 22, of Knox was driving without ever receiving a license. Boyd was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked with a cash bond of $500.00.  She will remain at the Marshall County Jail until the cash bond is paid or she appears in Marshall County Superior 2.

On Saturday May 7th at approximately 1:10AM Officer Workman arrested Elias Luva-Cantero 34 of Argos for leaving the scene of an accident. A witness followed Luva to the intersection of Fifth and Garro Streets where he was able to take Luva into custody. It was also found that Luva was driving while intoxicated with a prior suspension. Luva was taken to the Marshall County Jail where a $1000.00 cash bond was paid on May 8th at 10:10PM. Luva is scheduled to appear at Marshall County Superior 2 on May 17th.

On Saturday, May 7th at approximately 4:30PM Officer Derek Workman from the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart located at 2505 North Oak Drive. It was found that Stacy M. Sherman 31 of Culver was arrested for shoplifting. Sherman was taken to the Marshall County jail where she was charged with Theft, a Class D Felony. Sherman paid a cash bond of $1000.00, and was released on May 7th at 6:30PM. Sherman is scheduled to appear at Marshall County Superior 1on June 28th.

On Sunday May 8th at approximately 1:41 AM Sergeant Joe Deisch responded to the 300 block of East Jefferson Street for a suspicious person. It was found that Robert L. Warner 20 of Plymouth had been drinking.  He was arrested for public intoxication and illegal consumption of alcohol. Warner was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked with a cash bond of $500.00. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior 2 on May 31st.

On Sunday May 8th Sergeant Deisch made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Freeman Street and Oakhill Avenue.  It was found that driver Wayne M. Davis 23 of Bremen was operating while intoxicated.   He was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1000.00 cash bond. Davis is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior 2 on May 24th.

On Sunday May 8th at approximately 9:30PM Plymouth Police Officers responded to the 700 block of West Garro Street for a domestic disturbance between Tony Wagers and Carol Wagers. It was found that Tony did batter Carol. Tony was arrested for domestic battery and taken to the Marshall County Jail. Additional charges of intimidation were added to Wagers charges for threatening Officer Cleveland of the Plymouth Police Department. Wagers bond was set at $1000.00 cash, and he is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior 2.
